How and Why Do We Use Your Information?
When you place an order with us, we require some small amounts of personal information to help process your order. This information will help us to process and locate your order in the event of any problems that may occur with the delivery or with the product itself later down the line within the warranty period. We will only use an email address or contact telephone number to contact you in direct reference to your order. We may send out email mailshots with offers in the future, but this will require a fresh opt in process. Therefore, you will not receive marketing materials from us without first explicitly providing us with consent to do so.
We do share information with third party partners such as couriers, payment gateways and marketplace channels to process your order effectively, investigate any claims and prevent fraudulent transactions. This information will not be used for any other purposes unless you have actively consented / opted-in to receiving marketing materials.

When you place an order with us, we will ask you for the following information to help us process your order as smoothly as possible:

Also, when you browse our store, we use cookies to automatically receive and track your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us to improve our on-site experience.

Who Will Use / Have Access To Your Information and Where Will it be Stored?
The information that you provide will be stored internally by ourselves and also with third party partners on their own servers in accordance with their own GDPR Privacy Policies for the purposes of fraud prevention, risk management and order processing. This is so that they can to help us provide the best service possible so that you can be contacted in the event of any delivery problems.
We will never sell your information with any other third-party companies for marketing purposes.
Our third part partners have all taken steps to increase the security of your personal information and we are also implementing our own internal security to measures to prevent data breaches:
- We are periodically removing personal information from our servers that exceeds a 3 year time limit, as we feel this information is no longer needed for the purposes of our business.
- We have stored all of our sensitive data in a cloud-based software, with fully encrypted files. No personal information is kept on individual devices within the company, ensuring that in the event of a breach, we can disable access for devices remotely.
- All hard documents containing personal information are being shredded and destroyed as quickly as possible. This includes any labels from returns. We will process any information quickly and destroy the documentation once it has been handled. Alternatively, if information is needed, we will keep this under lock and key.
Email Marketing
Rather than asking for re-permissions, we have decided to wipe our email subscriber list clean prior to 25th May 2018. This is so that anyone who subscribes to our email marketing list after this date must must now actively and positively opt-in to receiving marketing emails. Aside from this, we will only use your email address to contact you in the event of a query in regards to your order.

Accessing, Editing and Deleting Your Information
You have the right to access any of your personal information that we hold for you. Please contact us at info@freshgrills.co.uk or call 01422 884585 and we can help you access, edit or delete any information that you wish to no longer be held on our database. You may be asked some security questions when requesting data.
Please note that in the event of any information being deleted, this may affect our ability to handle customer service queries in the future.

We take your online security very seriously and have invested a lot of time and money to certify our solution to be PCI-compliant. From annual on-site assessments to validate compliance to ongoing risk management, we work hard to make sure our platform is secure.
YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION
Fresh Grills cannot access your your card information. When your purchase is complete, we can only see your billing information, shipping information, order details and thus the last 4 digits of your payment card.
